The Glenamaddy District Ploughing and Agricultural Show is scheduled for 1st October 2023, with gates opening at 10:30 AM and closing at 6:30 PM.
Admission is €10, and tickets can be purchased directly at the gate on the day of the event. Children under 12 are granted free entry.
Yes, ample parking is available on-site for attendees, and it's completely free of charge. Stewards will be present to assist with parking, and clear signs will direct visitors to the appropriate parking areas.
We have designated parking areas and accessible restroom facilities for visitors with disabilities. If special accommodations need to be made you can contact a committee member from our Contact page our you can alternatively approach one of our trusted stewards on the day.
Each competition has its own registration process. We recommend first visiting the competitions page to understand how entries are being accepted for each event. Yes, we have seating areas and rest zones specifically designed for elderly attendees and families. Additionally, there are child-friendly activities and facilities to ensure a comfortable experience for families.
While we recommend attendees carry cash, most of our stalls and vendors support cashless payment methods. However, please note that ATM facilities will not be on-site.
